Terms of Service

Census Home provides growth and marketing services for established U.S. private-pay, nonmedical home care agencies, including advertising campaign management, creative production, landing pages, CRM and follow-up infrastructure, caregiver recruitment funnels, and performance reporting. The specific scope of services will be defined in individual agreements or statements of work.

Census Home is not a healthcare provider, staffing agency, placement service, or benefit-eligibility authority. Nothing on this site is medical, legal, tax, or clinical advice. Client agencies retain final decisions on service area, approved advertising budget, capacity constraints, accepted cases, and care.

When using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information as requested.
• Respond to communications in a timely manner to avoid project delays.
• Use our services only for lawful purposes.
• Not misrepresent your identity or affiliation.
• Respect intellectual property rights.
• Not submit patient, client, or care-recipient information, protected health information, or other sensitive personal data through the application or related forms.

Payment terms will be specified in individual agreements or invoices. Unless otherwise stated:

• Invoices are due within 30 days of issuance.
• Late payments may incur additional fees.
• Deposits may be required before work begins.
• Client advertising spend is separate from Census Home's management fee and is billed by the ad platform directly to the client.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis as specified in individual agreements.

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership rights to deliverables as specified in individual agreements. Census Home retains the right to use work samples in portfolios and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing. The Census Home name, logo, and site content are the property of their respective owners. Census Home is a Framelit Media company; Framelit Media brand references appear where accurate.

Results vary. Census Home does not guarantee any specific number of leads, clients, hires, staffed cases, weekly billable hours, or revenue. Performance depends on market, offer, budget, operations, follow-up, and factors outside our control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Census Home shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of our services.

Our total liability for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Either party may terminate services as specified in individual agreements. Upon termination:

• Payment is due for all work completed up to the termination date.
• Client will receive all completed deliverables upon payment.
• Confidentiality obligations survive termination.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
